- Nathan Hughes Review added: 2018.12.07★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Seriously poor customer service. You wait ages to get through to somebody, and then they are incompetent when you do get through. Promised a call-back, didn't get it. Called to ask about it, told they would call 'right back', they didn't. Called again, said I was 'next' and would be called right back. STILL NO CALLBACK, then I try to call for the last time and they are closed! You couldn't make it up! This is not the first time that they have messed up, and I am sure it will not be the last. I don't ask for much, JUST DO YOUR JOB!
